At Frozen Gold, we specialize in crafting custom pieces that reflect your unique style and story. Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and enjoyable, whether you’re customizing an existing design or creating a fully bespoke piece. Here’s how it works:

STEP 1

1. PAY 50% DEPOSIT

To begin your custom order, simply select your desired product on our store and pay a 50% deposit. This deposit secures your order and allows us to dedicate our time and resources to crafting your unique piece.

STEP 2

SHARE YOUR CUSTOMISATION DETAILS

After making your deposit, we will contact you via phone & email. You provide us with the specifics of your customisation request. You can:

• Upload logos, fonts, words, images, or any design elements.

• Describe how you’d like these elements incorporated into your chosen product.

• Any additional/special request

• Specify your preferred materials and budget.


Once we receive your details, our team will review and confirm all specifications before moving to the next step.

STEP 3

PRODUCTION

Once all details are finalized, our artisans will begin crafting your piece with precision and care, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and artistry.

STEP 4

APPROVAL & DELIVERY

When your piece is complete, we’ll send you photos or videos for final approval. Once you’re satisfied and the remaining balance is paid, we’ll prepare your order for delivery.

FULL CUSTOM PROCESS (works a little differently)

  • 1. GET STARTED WITH OUR CUSTOM DESIGN FORM

    Fill out our form with as much detail as possible about your vision. This helps us understand your design ideas, project scope, and budget.

  • 2. CONSULTATION & DESING FEE

    After reviewing your form, we’ll contact you to discuss your ideas in more depth. To begin working on concepts and 3D models, a design fee starting at £100 is required. This fee covers unlimited revisions until the design is perfect.

  • 3. APPROVE THE DESIGN & PAY 50% DEPOSIT

    Once you’re completely satisfied with the design, you’ll pay a 50% deposit to begin production.

  • 4. PRODUCTION & UPDATES

    Our skilled artisans will bring your vision to life, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

  • 5. FINAL APPROVAL & DELIVERY

    Upon completion, you’ll approve the finished product, pay the remaining balance, and we’ll ship your piece to you.
